Can a bird, a cat, and a student agree on how to redesign a university campus to be greener and more climate-resilient?
Let’s find out together at the Nature-Based Solutions Design Game!
🗓 Friday, December 5
🕐 13:00 – 15:00
📍 Multipurpose Hall, Agricultural University of Athens

The NBS Design Game is a cooperative role-playing and design workshop, where participants take on playful roles, from student, professor, and neighborhood resident to… a bird or a campus cat and work together to redesign the campus using nature-based solutions (NBS).You'll choose green interventions, negotiate with others, manage limited budgets, and co-create a space that works for everyone.
Goal: To imagine and design a place that serves both people and more-than-humans
This workshop is part of the RealUrbanGreen project under the Interreg Euro-MED programme, and is open to everyone — students, faculty, staff, neighbors. The game was developed as part of the Open Landscape Academy.
💬 Let’s play seriously — and design with nature!
